Each prospective or new client is given a low-cost opportunity to initially discuss their matter with a licensed business attorney and to receive answers to their questions and an initial assessment of the steps needed in the resolution of their matter so that the client has a clearer understand of what will be involved and the potential cost. A low-cost initial consultation does not include document review, which is subject to other pricing. The hourly rate applies after the initial one-hour consultation. This rate applies to hourly services that do not require an office meeting and are not flat fee or litigation related services. Services are provided by telephone, voice or video chat, email, and facsimile.
